What Do You Want? Follow Your Passion and Create Happy Money

What do you want? Follow your passion and create happy money

When it comes to making a living and your relationship with money, do you have what you want? Do you have a good working relationship with money? Or is it a constant struggle to make ends meet? Do you have a career that fulfills you, or do you hate going to work everyday? Your answer to these questions can affect every area of your life.

Why, for instance, do more people die on Monday mornings at 9am than any other time? Obviously, that doesn’t happen to any other species in the animal kingdom.

Our culture, our schooling and our family upbringing have often trained us to do what is expected, rather than to pursue our true gifts and interests in life. Even when people go into a field that they like, the work schedule in our modern, fast-paced world can be highly stressful, leading to an imbalance between work, family life and self care.

By exploring what you want and following your talents and passion, you can transform your work life to create a lifestyle where you can make a difference in the world doing what you love. Yes, it may take some work (both internally and externally) to create your dream job or entrepreneurial venture, but when you do, you will be able to experience what many happy millionaires coach on. They say when you are doing what you love, you’ll never work another day in your life.

Most people can’t fathom what that could look like, because they have given up on their dreams, “to get a real job”. While that may bring a degree of success and wealth in the physical world, in the long run your health, your enjoyment of life, and your soul purpose may suffer.

Happy vs Unhappy Money

Ken Honda tells a wonderful story in his book, Happy Money, that got my attention. He tells of a woman who asked to see his wallet at a party (not uncommon, he says, in Japan). What was uncommon was what she did, inspecting each large bill. Each bill passing her test. All of his money was good. What was she looking for?

“If [money] is given out of guilt, anger, or sadness, the money will be “crying.” In contrast, if the money is given out of love, gratitude, or happiness, the money will be smiling – even laughing – because it will be imbued with the energy from the giver.”

In Japan and around the world, Honda helps people make peace with money, so they are very happy to pay him. All of his money is happy.

Is the money in your wallet happy money, or is it crying, unhappy money?

The morning I heard this story in an interview between Dr Clint G. Rogers and Ken Honda, I was so intrigued, I immediately got the audio book of  Happy Money, and listened to in on the way to an “Awaken Into Wellness” home party I had that day. I had recently completed the Ancient Secrets Miracle Experiment Experience for Abundance, and I was primed to create a differnet experience with money.

I realized that most of the time, I had been attracting unhappy money, because I didn’t like selling, and I was always worried about having enough money. I decided to walk into that home party with an entirely different attitude! I only wanted people to give me money if it was happy money. I wanted them to love the products they were getting, and be happy about what they were doing for their health.

It was an amazing experiment, one of the most fun business events I have ever been a part of. Everyone enjoyed it, and I sold products across several line of delicious neutraceuticals. It was an immediate experience with happy money that left a big impression on me.follow your passion and create happy money

Follow your passion and create Happy Money

Learning to be consistent in the attraction of happy money is largely a shift in mindset. That shift is much easier when you love what you are doing to bring money to you. Whether you work at a job or you have your own business, enjoying how you serve your customers or your employer will go a long way towards attracting happy money.

For me, I passionate about finding fun, simple solutions to improve our health and quality of life, and I love sharing what I’ve learned with others, empowering them to take control of their health journey. There is nothing better than seeing someone fall in love with life again, as they go from being bedridden to dancing once a week!

The problem always came because sales training almost always includes creating a feeling of scarcity and FOMO (fear of missing out). That has never worked for me, leading to a lot of disempowered self talk about how I am not good at business.

Rewriting the plan on the way to my event, I let go of most of the structure I had planned for the afternoon. I remembered the idea of a Longevity Party. Everyone wants to go to a party.

At the party, I had fancy little glasses for tasting, and I taught everyone kenesiology (muscle testing) so they could determine which supplements their body wanted.

It felt exactly like a party! Girlfriends getting together, sharing ideas with each other about health, healing, and what we want more of in our lives. We even decided we want to get together on a regular basis because of it. That is what I want to create more of in my business!

How can you create fun and vibrant energy within your career? Finding the intersection of what you love to do and what people would love to pay you for is an important aspect of the happy money equation. Once you know your product or service, are you able to explain what you do in a way that engages your potential customers to want to learn more?

What do you want?

As a Health and Longevity Coach, I often ask people, “How long do you want to live and why?’”

Two of the most common responses are, “I don’t want to suffer.” and, “I don’t wnat to outlive my money.”

Whether you want to live a normal lifespan in good health or you want to break the age barrier, as science is predicting is possible, pursuing your passions can lead to a rich and fulfilling life, where your talents can make the world a better place. When you do that, happy money is sure to follow!
